For Competitive, Valorant/CSGO what’s my best Option
So I have been deciding for a little while between 3 headphones which include: -AKG K712 Pro -DT 900 Pro X -HIFIMAN Sundara The price of the three don’t matter it’s just based on performance (imaging at close and far ranges for CS and Val). I mainly play CSGO and Valorant and have started to feel the need for a more open back headphone to help more with directional audio (footsteps, gunshots, still big explosions) for competitive gaming. Suggestions/advice on options for poll to get feedback on setting up a new trans/non binary lobby group
I am thinking of creating a reddit poll to this group to get feedback on what people think in reference to setting up a well funded and active lobby group to promote & represent trans and non binary. My reason for doing the poll is to help me decide if I want to commit time, funds and business resource to setting one up ... I would like to first do a poll to see if the general consensus matches my thoughts (that we need one) or in fact the general consensus is no. If the answer to a first poll is a overwhelming yes then i would do some further polls on the nature of the group to try and gauge opinion .. If the answer is a resounding no, then I would not pursue it further. Before I make the poll I wanted to get any feedback/advice on the poll itself .. esp on the options. What I am currently thinking is: Question: Do we need a well funded/active lobby group to represent and promote trans and non binary Note to go with poll: There is only one answer for yes because if there is an overwhelming yes response then I will follow with more polls to try and quantify what people think should be the aims, form and funding of such a group. So if you think "yes but it will never work" or "yes but you will never get it off the ground" then would be good to still answer yes ... Best settings for playing CSGO with a low bandwidth connection
So I am on a pretty crappy ADSL connection with 3.0/0.5 DL/UL (Mbps). And no I cannot get a better internet connection unfortunately, I do know that would solve my issues... But I would like to play CSGO, so what are the best settings for this? I would be very interested in hearing from other people, in a similar situation! I tried looking into lowering the "Max Acceptable Game Traffic Bandwidth" option, but I cannot figure out if that is a good idea? And if it is which value should I put it add? Because in general it seems like the less bandwidth I use on my ADSL, the better the ping is. And I would of course like for my ping to fluctuate as little as possible.

Schools in one of my country's provinces now added "trans", "non-binary" and "crossdresser" as option for the kid's gender.

So a few things with that. First the idea of putting "trans" as a separate gender. Like seriously, that is something completely unnecessary. Being transgender is not a separate gender, it is rather a condition. A trans person can be a man, a woman or non-binary but it is not exclusionary with "trans". Adding trans as a separate gender from male and female just adds more confusion and makes binary trans people look like if we are not real women/men, in other words, it just hurts our community more. Regarding the non-binary inclusion I have no problems with it. Some people argue it would be better to be left simply as "male, female, other", but meh, I don't think it is an issue. But the worst thing for me, is the inclusion of "travesti" as an option. Now, travesti would pretty much translate as "crossdresser", so we already see the problem there. Basically, if you are a cis man who dresses with typically female clothes, or a cis woman who dresses with typically male clothes, then you are suddenly a separate gender. But that's not the worst thing. Travesti is a word with a very negative connotation here. It is usually associated with prostitutes and drag. Basically, it can (And usually is) be used as meaning "sissy" basically. So they are literally adding "crossdressesissy" as an option for parents to register their kids when entering school. What sane parent would call their kid a "sissy" or a "crossdresser", specially if they are in elementary school age? So those are my thoughts on this. I would want to know yours. I personally think this does nothing more than to worsen the image people have of trans people in my country, by making it as if binary trans people are not real men or women, and giving association with several negative stereotypes associated with crossdressing (Which should't exist by the way, I have nothing against crossdressing, just pointing out a reality), while also basically giving a completely stupid decision to make.
I feel its a bit weird whenever you click on your Pixel Pal you always get this option to change it. If this were just in the settings it would be better, as I don’t think people who are simply feeding/playing with their pixel pal would want to exchange it for a different one.
Honestly so sick of not hearing enemy footsteps, yet in the killcam I sound like a fucking elephant to them. Headphones, Headphones Bass Boost and Home Theatre all suck dick, and I've heard Cinema and PC/TV aren't any better.
